Activate or remove a WhisperARC license on this computer and troubleshoot access.

Activate a license
- Open Licenses in WhisperARC.
- Enter the license key from your purchase confirmation.
- Select Activate license and wait for online validation.
- Once the key is accepted, WhisperARC masks it and unlocks Cloud.
- Select Deactivate license when you no longer want this computer to use the key.
Plan access
WhisperARC Pro costs 8.39 EUR per month. WhisperARC Annual costs 71.99 EUR per year. Prices include VAT. Payment is due at subscription with no free trial. Both include 9,000 monthly Cloud credits after payment is confirmed. If you cancel, paid access continues until the end of your paid period. Local Mode and the option to use your own OpenAI key are available on every plan; OpenAI bills API usage separately.

Device registration limit
A Pro or Annual license supports up to three active devices at a time.
Deactivating a device releases its place. A fourth active device is refused without expiring the license or stopping access on the other devices.
Activation help
- Check the key for missing characters or surrounding spaces.
- Confirm the computer is online and retry validation.
- If all three places are occupied, deactivate a device before activating another one.
- If a subscription expires, WhisperARC keeps local features and returns to Local Mode.
- Contact support with the purchase email and order details but never post the full key publicly.
